Video: 3-Alarm Fire Ravages Brooklyn Home
"Careless cooking" caused a massive blaze to erupt on Aster Court Monday evening, according to the FDNY.

GERRITSEN BEACH, BROOKLYN -- Eight people were injured in massive blaze that erupted on Aster Court Monday evening, according to the FDNY.
The three-alarm fire broke out at 16 Aster Court at about 5:30 p.m. as a result of "careless cooking," Fire Marshals said.
Seven firefighters and one civilian were injured in the blaze, which was under control about two hours after it started, according to the FDNY and ABC News.
