VIDEO: Bad Wax Job Spurs Fight In Flatbush Salon, Customer Says
A salon customer filmed employees attacking two customers after one of them refused to pay for an eyebrow wax.

FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN — Flatbush salon workers attacked two customers with broomsticks, after one of them refused to pay for a bad wax, according to video and court records.
New Red Apple Nails employee Huiyue Zheng, 32, and customer Christina Thomas, 21, were charged with assault after a customer posted video of the violent brawl at 1426 Nostrand Ave. on Friday night, court records show.
“So I’m at the nail salon and they f---ed up a lady eyebrow and she refused to pay,” wrote Mercy Maduka in her Facebook video caption. “Then a fight broke outttt.”

Zheng was charged with assault, harassment and menacing in Brooklyn Criminal Court and released on Saturday, court records show.
Thomas was charged with misdemeanor assault and also released, according to court records.
