Video: Burglar Prays Before Bashing In Brooklyn Store Window
Police released footage of a devout criminal who crossed himself before smashing a rock through an Italian clothing store window.

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK — A fashion-forward burglar took a moment to pray before smashing his way into a clothing store and running off with more than a dozen outfits, according to police.
Surveillance video shows that devout thief crossing himself before breaking into Ziani Fine Italian Clothing at 367 Avenue U on March 22 at about 5 a.m., said police.
He then goes off hunting for a large stone, which he uses to break through the store’s glass window, police said.

Once inside, the burglar grabbed 18 pieces of clothing then ran away on East First Street, said police.
Police are now looking for a man wearing black and white gloves, a baseball cap and black jacket.
