BROOKLYN, NY — A man groped a woman riding a Church Avenue bus in the East Flatbush area earlier in March, police said Wednesday.

On March 6 at about 6:30 p.m., a 55-year-old woman was riding a B35 bus driving near Church Avenue, officials said.

As the bus approached East 39th Street, a man walked up to her and grabbed her buttocks, according to police.

The suspect fled the bus, running off in an unknown direction, officials said.

No injuries were reported.

In addition to releasing an image of the suspected groper, police said the man appeared to be wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black glasses.
