$5,000 Leather Jacket Stolen off Woman's Chair in Tribeca Hotel: NYPD

TRIBECA, NY — A $5,000 Saint Laurent leather jacket was stolen off of a woman's chair in a Tribeca hotel, police said.

The 29-year-old victim was at a bar inside the Roxy Hotel at 2 Sixth Ave. She placed her jacket behind her on her chair and about an hour later, the jacket was gone, police said.

The woman reported the theft on Dec. 8, but the crime happened on Nov. 23 at about 10 p.m., police said.
