TRIBECA, NY — The former site of a McDonald's in Tribeca has sold to a developer for $14 million, according to a new report.
According to Crain's New York Business, Shabse Fuchs acquired the lot at 2 Thomas Street from United American Land.
Future plans for the site have not been disclosed at this time.
