NEW YORK CITY — KYURAMEN is expanding its fast-growing U.S. ramen brand with Kyuramen Express, a new fast-casual concept focused on serving Japanese comfort food in a faster, more convenient format. The first location is set to open in late summer 2026 at 40 Gold Street in Manhattan's Financial District.
The new concept will offer a curated selection of KYURAMEN favorites alongside dishes created specifically for the Express format, including ramen, rice bowls, sushi, and combo meals. The brand says the concept is designed to meet demand for convenient dining without sacrificing its signature flavors and quality.
Kyuramen Express will anchor a new multi-brand dining destination at 40 Gold Street, alongside Aokō Matcha, serving Japanese matcha drinks and desserts, and Bao Dumplings, specializing in dumplings, steamed buns, and Chinese-inspired rice bowls. The shared space will offer options for lunch, dinner, takeout, and delivery.
Kyuramen Express joins the company's existing concepts, including its original Kyuramen ramen bar and Super Kyuramen, a ramen bar and izakaya-inspired destination. The company is also hiring for front- and back-of-house positions ahead of the opening.
