As part of EVÈNTO’s newly launched 75 Murray Fall Chef Collaboration Dinner Series, Italian-born Chef Andrea Belfiore is welcoming a lineup of guest chefs for one-night-only dinners that put a unique spin on classic Italian cuisine, drawing inspiration from each chef’s culinary background and heritage.
On Wednesday, October 28, Chef Molly Bloom(formerly of El Camarón Peludo) will take over the kitchen for a special collaborative dinner. Each evening will feature a curated menu combining the guest chef’s signature creations with two specialty dishes from Chef Andrea, offering guests a distinct dining experience. Tickets are approximately $105 per person and can be purchased here.
