Fire Breaks Out On Scaffolding On FiDi Landmark, FDNY Says
A fire broke out on the scaffolding of a high-rise commercial building in the Financial District, an FDNY spokesman said.

FINANCIAL DISTRICT, NY — A landmarked building with scaffolding on its facade caught fire Tuesday afternoon, an FDNY spokesman said.
A fire broke out at the Trinity Building, located at 111 Broadway at Thames Street, about 12 p.m. Tuesday on the seventh floor scaffolding of the building, the spokesman said.
The fire was under control by 12:39 p.m., the spokesman said. No injuries were reported, he said.
