Protest Trump's Immigration Ban In Tribeca Wednesday
Protestors will meet at 5 p.m. at Foley Square.

TRIBECA, NY — Many New Yorkers are outraged by President Donald Trump's recent Executive Order signed Friday evening, which bans refugees from seven majority Muslim countries from traveling to the U.S. This has led to widespread protests in NYC and across the country, and protestors aren't slowing down this week.

From 5-8 p.m., protesters will march from Foley Square to the ICE Office to protest Trump's ban on refugees, immigrants and Muslims. The Facebook page calls for New Yorkers to be "unapologetically loud and powerful," to bring signs and to be ready to march.
The protest has received tremendous support on it's Facebook page, where over 3.2 thousand people are marked as "attending" and 12 thousand are marked as "interested." The organizers moved the date, which was originally Feb. 8, because they had to get a permit due to the mass amount of people attending.
