$40K Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In East Islip

EAST ISLIP, NY — Someone is getting a belated Christmas present this year.

The New York Lottery announced that a winning TAKE 5 Top-Prize ticket worth $40,856.50 from an evening drawing was sold on Monday at Midpoint Mart Inc, located at 171 Carleton Avenue in East Islip. The winning numbers were 9-19-26-30-33.

TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. The drawing is televised twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. A Lottery draw game prize of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
