East Islip HS Student Qualifies for State Diving Championship
Kelsey Kreuscher finished second in the Connetquot Diving Invitational on Sunday, qualifying her for state championships.
EAST ISLIP, NY — An East Islip student has qualified for the New York State swimming and diving championships in Ithaca, to be held from Nov. 17 to Nov. 18.
Kelsey Kreuscher, a sophomore at East Islip High School, finished second in the Connetquot Diving Invitational on Sunday, advancing her to the state competition. Kreuscher scored a personal best of 485.35, receiving five scores of 9 on her dives.
