East Islip Senior to Play Division I Soccer At Iona College

EAST ISLIP, NY β€”An East Islip High School student will officially play at the collegiate level next year.

The East Islip School District announced Tuesday that senior Ally Conway signed her national letter of intent on December 2 to continue her athletic career next fall. Conway will play Division I soccer at Iona College in New Rochelle. She plans to major in business.

Playing defense as a member of East Islip’s varsity soccer team since her freshman year, Conway helped the Lady Redmen capture the county championship on November 2. She also plays for the East Meadow Soccer Club and has participated in soccer nations twice and regionals four times. Conway also played varsity basketball for East Islip last year.
