East Islip Senior To Play Division II Lacrosse
An East Islip High School senior committed to play collegiate lacrosse next year.

EAST ISLIP, NY — An East Islip High School student will officially play at the collegiate level next year.
The East Islip School District announced Tuesday that senior Isabelle Kelly signed her national letter of intent on December 14 to continue her athletic career next fall. Kelly will play Division II lacrosse at Frostburg State University in Maryland. She plans to major in business/finance.
Kelly, a scholar-athlete and three-year varsity lacrosse starter on defense, earned 2021 All- Division honors. She is also a soccer player, and was the starting goalie for East Islip’s
varsity girls soccer team in the 2021 season, leading the Lady Redmen to the Suffolk County championship, and won the Carey Award twice.
