EAST ISLIP, NY — A woman was robbed at gunpoint in East Islip on Saturday morning, according to Suffolk Police. A man approached the woman on Quintuck Lane at about 8:30 a.m. and pointed gun at her. He then stole her necklace before fleeing. No injuries were reported. No description of the robber was available. Image via Shutterstock

EAST ISLIP, NY — A woman was robbed at gunpoint in East Islip on Saturday morning, according to Suffolk Police.

A man approached the woman on Quintuck Lane at about 8:30 a.m. and pointed gun at her. He then stole her necklace before fleeing.

No injuries were reported. No description of the robber was available.
