NEW YORK CITY —Salumeria Rosi has reopened its East Village location at 222 Avenue B following a temporary closure caused by severe weather and flooding in early July.
The Northern Italian neighborhood restaurant, owned by restaurateur Andrew Loscalzo, reopened earlier this month.
The restaurant has brought back its café, which opens daily at 8 a.m. with coffee, freshly baked goods and additional breakfast offerings.
The full menu is available throughout the day, while the restaurant transitions into a cocktail bar and restaurant in the evening.
Salumeria Rosi will also introduce late-night hours on Fridays and Saturdays in late September, staying open until 2 a.m. with music and a small-bites menu.
The restaurant offers 52 seats and outdoor seating, with brunch served daily from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and the dining room open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Guests can receive special offers for the reopening, and reservations can be booked through Resy and OpenTable.
