EAST VILLAGE, NY — Want to get involved in your neighborhood? Community Board 3 (CB3), which represents East Village, Lower East Side and part of Chinatown, has announced a January schedule of meetings.

The board's January meetings are scheduled for the following dates and locations:

Thursday, January 5 at 6:30pm at The Lee, 133 Pitt St. (at Houston): Health, Seniors, and Human Services / Youth, Education and Human Rights Committee

Monday, January 9 at 6:30pm at Thelma Burdick Community Room, 10 Stanton St. (corner of Bowery): SLA & DCA Licensing Committee. Please note: Applicants must submit withdrawals and residents must submit materials and agreements by Friday before meeting at noon.

Monday, January 9 at 6:30pm at Theater for the New City, 155 First Ave. (between E 9th & 10th Streets): Arts & Cultural Affairs Subcommittee

Tuesday, January 24 at 6:30pm at PS 20, 166 Essex St. (E Houston & Stanton Streets): Community Board 3, Full Board Meeting
