80th Annual Guild Hall Artist Members' Exhibition: Photos
The show will be on view through May 19.
EAST HAMPTON, NY — In a time-honored tradition, every year Guild Hall in East Hampton and local artists show their mutual support at the oldest non-juried museum exhibition on Long Island.
For the 80th year, the Annual Guild Hall Artist Members Exhibition opened at the museum Saturday, with more than 400 works shown by 383 artists.
A private reception for the exhibition's award winners, families and friends was held in Guild Hall's Boots Lamb Education Center before the doors were opened to the public.

Selecting the winners, the guest juror this year was Connie H. Choi, associate curator at the Studio Museum in Harlem.
Jeff Muhs won top honors, joining winners in nine other categories, and 12 honorable mentions. The reception, hosted by Guild Hall Curatorial Assistant Casey Dalene, Museum Director Christina M. Strassfield, and Special Events Associate Kristen Lee Curcie, also celebrated guests who have been winners and jurors between the years 2000 and 2017.
