ANOTHER SUMPTUOUS GOURMAND DINNER

AT ST. LUKE’S CHURCH

East Hampton, NY – The East End Chefs’ Program, a monthly dinner hosted by St. Luke’s Episcopal Church to support local scholarships, will offer a sumptuous gourmand dinner on September 27th at 6:30 PM in the church’s Hoie Hall.

The dinner will be prepared by Craig Atwood, the executive chef at East Hampton Point. His specially created dinner will begin with a local corn flan with farm greens and Pecorino Romano cheese. It will be followed by an entrée of roasted free-range chicken, roasted Yukon gold potatoes, and roasted local squash with lemon verbena jus. The dessert will be an assortment of delicious ice-cream sandwiches served with warm caramel sauce.

Those who would like to partake of this feast should phone Lillian Woudsma at 631- 329 - 2151 to reserve a space or spaces. The price is $30.00, payable at the door. Wine and water will be available for purchase.
