Arbor Opens in Montauk For Second Season
New this year is an outdoor bar and dining room; guests can also enjoy cocktails served in punch bowls and serving four to six.

MONTAUK, NY — Arbor, a Montauk eatery, will open for its second season on Thursday, May 18 — bringing a new outdoor bar and dining room, as well as its signature Mediterranean style menu.
The Garret, a New York City based cocktail brand with two locations run by Den Hospitality and recently included among the best speakeasy bars in NYC by TimeOut New York, "is bringing their penchant for creating quality and lively bar scenes to Arbor’s outdoor bar," a release read. "The Garret's top tier mixologists will feature playfully elevated cocktails in a laid-back environment at Arbor's newly built outdoor oasis and circular bar."
Open Thursday through Sunday starting Memorial Day Weekend, the beverage menu will feature cocktails such as the Refinery 63 with Singani 63, mezcal, passionfruit, fermented pineapple, and lime juice in a double rocks glass, and punch bowls — serving four to six guests — such as the Sunrise Special with smoked whiskey, pineapple, sage, dolin blanc, vermouth, lime, bitters, and Montauk beer.
