Lois Nesbitt, a master yogi and trainer of teachers, offers this free class as part of her TV show, "Yoga Body and Mind." This event combines movement, in turn rigorous and restorative, and a lecture diving into yoga philosophy and methods. Feel free to join on stage for hands-on demonstration or stay in the shadows and participate in the audience. This not-for-profit public access program &amp; class will be filmed for broadcast on all LTV platforms for the benefit of the local community.

Katy’s Courage (P.O. Box 3251, Sag Harbor, NY 11963 <a href="https://www.katyscourage.org" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">www.katyscourage.org</a>) is hosting the fourteenth annual Katy’s Courage 5K on Saturday, April 18, rain or shine. Net proceeds from this year’s race will support Katy’s Courage, a 501(c)(3) organization, with a portion of funds allocated to local scholarships. Participants may register online in advance at <a href="https://katyscourage.org" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://katyscourage.org</a>. 
On race day, registration and check-ins will take place from 7 to 8:15 a.m. and the run will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. Runners will start at Water Street, head north and make a right onto Main Street, make a right onto Glover Street, run through the Redwood section of the course and finish back on Water Street.
