Driver in Car Accident Found Unconscious With Hypodermic Needle: Police
EMTs administered Narcan and he regained consciousness, police said.

EAST HAMPTON, NY- An East Hampton driver involved in a car accident last week was caught with a hypodermic needle, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Kenneth J. Morsch, 27, was arrested on February 15 at 7:50 a.m. on Old Stone Highway near La Foret.
Police said Morsch was the sole occupant of his 2007 Saab; he was involved in a motor vehicle accident while ability impaired “by the use of a drug”, police said.

Morsch was found unconscious behind the wheel of the vehicle, with the air bag deployed, and was removed by EMTs and fire rescue on the scene, police said.
He was administered Narcan, regained consciousness and became coherent, police said.

Morsch was charged with operating a misdemeanor while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, as well as possession of a hypodermic instrument, a misdemeanor, police said.
