Drunk Driver Found Passed Out in Front Seat, Engine Running: Police
BREAKING: The man was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, police said.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — An East Hampton man was busted for driving drunk after he was found passed out in the driver's seat of his car with the keys in the ignition and the engine running, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Gonzalo P. Flores, 47, was arrested on Sunday at 2:13 a.m. after being found in a 2015 Chevrolet, which had been heading south, at the intersection of North Main and Cedar Streets.
Upon investigation, Flores was found to have the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, bloodshot, glassy eyes, slurred speech, was unsteady on his feet, and performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests administered, police said.

He was charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, a misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1 percent or more alcohol in blood, first offense, a misdemeanor, police said. Bail was set at $2,500, police said.
