Drunk Driver Had Cocaine; 4 Prior Convictions In 10 Years: Cops
She was charged with driving while intoxicated and had 4 previous DWI convictions within 10 years and six license revocations, police say.

EAST HAMPTON, NY โ An East Hampton woman was caught driving drunk and in possession cocaine, and she was found to have been convicted of DWI four previous times within 10 years, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Daisy A. Guerrero, 33, was arrested on Sunday at 3 a.m. on Stephen Hands Path near Cedar St.; she was driving a white 2004 Nissan north and failed to keep right, crossing over the double yellow line into oncoming traffic, police said.
Upon investigation, she was found to have the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath, slurred speech, bloodshot, glassy eyes, was unsteady on her feet, and performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests administered, police said.

She had four prior convictions of driving with .08% or more alcohol in the blood, in East Hampton Town Justice Court, in 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2015, police said. Her license had been revoked six times, police said.
She also had a clear ziplock bag containing a white, powdery substance in the side pocket of her purse that was found during an inventory of her property at police headquarters; the white powder later tested positive for the presence of cocaine, police said.

Guerrero was arrested and charged with seventh degree possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; agg unlicensed operation 1/commit agg unlicensed operation 2/alcohol or drug, a felony; and DWI, previous convictions of designated offense within 10 years, a felony, police said.
She was held without bail, police said.
