on July 19th at 6:30pm in St. Luke's Hoie Hall in East Hampton. This month will feature a gourmet dinner prepared by Chef Michael Massetti, formerly executive chef at the Maidstone Arms, and now a private cater.

Chef Michael will start the dinner with a corn soup, followed by a fresh beet salad, a risotto (summer citrus and fresh herbs), and braised beef meatballs with smoked tomato sauce, polenta, basil and ricotta. Dessert will be a mouth-watering fudge chocolate brownie, topped with caramel sauce and whipped cream, along with strawberries and Oreo truffle.

Those who wish to partake of this delicious feast should contact Lillian Woudsma at 631 329-2151, and she will reserve a space for you. The cost of the dinner is a modest $30, payable at the door. Wine and water will be available for purchase.
