East Hampton Proposes Municipal Land Acquisition Of 7.3 Acres
While there are no plans for the property now, the acquisition will address the town's future need for municipal community resources.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — East Hampton Town officials have proposed continuing the expansion of municipal land acquisition — with the purchase of 7.3 acres on Abrahams Path in Amagansett for
$3.875 million, town officials said.
Situated at 403 Abrahams Path, the parcel would be purchased with municipal funds and
stems from a right-of-first-refusal clause in the original contract with Joelle and the late Alexander Kabbaz, town officials said.
