East Hampton Third Grader Named Mayor For a Day
The third grader was honored last week during the Town's Board meeting.

Cormack Orr, a third grader from John Marshall Elementary school, was recently chosen to be East Hampton Mayor for a Day.
Orr is also a member of Project MOST, a not-for-profit which provides kids a range of academic support, enrichment activities, physical exercise and positive social development everyday after school.
He was honored at a ceremony last Friday morning at the Emergency Services Building on 1 Cedar Street in East Hampton Village.

Mayor Paul F. Rickenbach, Jr. offered the honor at a ceremony at the beginning of the Village Board Regular Meeting and Orr was in charge of running the agenda at the beginning of the Town’s Board Meeting.
