East Hampton Town's 375th Anniversary Parade Postponed Due To Weather
The East Hampton High School homecoming football game is still on, but the festival has been canceled, officials say.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — With rainy weather expected this weekend, East Hampton Town is rescheduling its 375th Anniversary parade.
The parade was originally scheduled for Saturday, September 23.
"We hope to announce a new date shortly," town officials said.

The East Hampton High School Homecoming football game is still on, as of Thursday, although the festival has been canceled.
Additionally, the East Hampton Town trustees have postponed the" Largest Clam Contest", which was to have been held on Sunday, until October 8.

East Hampton Town, during its 375th anniversary parade, will honor the indigenous inhabitants of the land where the town was first established in 1648. Montaukett Chief Robert Pharaoh has been named grand marshal for East Hampton Town’s 375th Anniversary Parade, when it takes place.
