East Hampton Woman Charged With Felony DWI: Cops
Cash bail was set at $500, police say.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — An East Hampton woman was charged with felony driving while intoxicated Thursday, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Juliette B. Parker, 65, was arrested at 10:37 p.m. on Springs Fireplace Road after she was found driving a 2002 Ford north near Fort Pond Boulevard; she was seen failing to maintain her lane "multiple times," driving over "the clearly marked shoulder," police said.
Upon investigation, she was found to have the odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath, slurred speech, bloodshot and glassy eyes, and to be unsteady on her feet; she also performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests, police said.

She was charged with DWI, previous conviction of designated offense within 10 years, a felony, operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1% or more alcohol, prior conviction of designated offense within 10 years, a felony, and use leased/rented/loaned vehicle not equipped with an interlock device, a misdemeanor, police said.
Cash bail was set at $500, police said.
