Ballet Burn will focus on posture and strengthening the CORE. It will enhance balance and flexibility as well as STRENGTH AND CONTROL. One will learn how to breathe correctly while exercising which will promote the increase in student's endurance. Using balletic movement and a similar ballet classroom format, students will SCULPT and REDEFINE core muscle groups. This type of training is a great backbone for growth and performance enhancement for any sport, not just dance. IT'S LIKE PILATES WITH A BARRE! This class requires full focus on the student's part. With so much attention being put toward "finding one's center" and holding "muscle building" poses, one won't even notice at what point during the "warm-up", they began sweating. LEAVE CLASS FEELING CENTERED, RE-ALIGNED, AND REFRESHED!
