Monthly meeting of the East Hampton Sportsmen's Alliance, open to all prospective members who reside in the Town of East Hampton. Dues are $25.00/year.
The East Hampton Sportsman's Alliance was formed in 2010 as a Not For Profit Corporation to provide a voice to the sportsmen of East Hampton, by operating a club to preserve, protect and advance the heritage of hunting, fishing, trapping, shellfishing and other wildlife activities within the Town of East Hampton, all in a responsible and ethical fashion and in compliance with existing laws and regulations. The present Board of Directors consists of Steven Griffiths, David DiSunno, Terry O'Riordan, Marty Mahar and Steven Tekulsky.
EHSA representatives have been attending all meetings of the East Hampton Town Deer Management Committee, in order to assist in providing solutions to the ever increasing deer problems here. EHSA has prepared guidelines available to the public about deer control methods and those situations where homeowners can allow bow hunting on their property or obtain "nuisance permits" from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation for bow/shotgun/ muzzleloading hunting. EHSA hunting members are available, free of charge, to residents who want to take advantage of this well recognized method of deer herd control.

EHSA members organized and conducted clean ups at Fresh Pond and Scoys Pond. EHSA had their first Annual Fun Shoot in October, at the Maidstone Gun Club which has been very supportive of EHSA, where prizes were awarded from many generous East Hampton businesses and individuals. EHSA is committed to introducing young people to sportsmen's activities and encourage the membership to mentor new, young sportsmen.
