
Power Up is a Hip-Hop oriented aerobics class. This is an energized dance class that focuses on fitness and cardio. We won't stop moving while increasing and decreasing our heart rates which burns more calories. This is the type of exercise that best promotes weight loss. There will be a definite focus on ABS and CORE. Stretching will also be included as a cool down. This will be a class where everyone has fun while getting into shape. BE READY TO SWEAT!
