From Fish Farm to Table: A Seafood Feast
The East End Chef's Program will sponsor another fabulous dinner to raise money for local scholarships.

A DELICIOUS SUMMER FEAST
East Hampton, NY – The East End Chefs’ Program, a monthly dinner hosted by St. Luke’s Episcopal Church to support local scholarships, will offer a tasty summer feast for seafood lovers on May 23, 2018 in St. Luke's Hoie Hall located at 18 James Lane, East Hampton. Doors will open at 6:30 PM.

The tempting summer seafood menu will be prepared by Multi Aquaculture Systems, Amagansett’s famous fish farm located on Cranberry Hole road. Dinner will begin
with Promised Land oysters and traditional cocktail sauce; it will be followed by Fish Farm Lobster Bisque with oyster crackers and Tom Cat Bakery baguettes and butter. The main course will be a Montauk Fish and Crab Cake with homemade tartar sauce and cole slaw. The irresistible dessert will be picnic style July 4th strawberry shortcake with fresh whipped cream.

Those who wish to partake of this delicious feast should contact Lillian Woudsma at 631 329-2151, and she will reserve a space for you. The cost of the dinner is a modest $30, payable at the door. Wine and water will be available for purchase.
