
While many Hamptons businesses closed shop this winter to take a much-deserved break from the busy summer and fall seasons, several local health and wellness businesses keep going all year-round.
Here are some of the businesses throughout the Hamptons that will be open this winter:
- Jimmy Minardi, Founder of Minardi Training. Minardi has several winter offerings including: Obstacle Course Beach Workouts on Main Beach in East Hampton, Cycling Excursions throughout the Hamptons, legendary ‘Surfer Yoga’ at POE Yoga in East Hampton, Mandala Yoga in Amagansett and Yoga Shanti in Sag Harbor and High Intensity Personal Training at Railroad Fitness in East Hampton.
- Robyn Daidone, Founder of POE Yoga. This winter, Daidone is offering: Hot yoga, Indo Board Yoga, and Candlelight Evening Yoga at the studio on 3 Railroad Avenue in East Hampton.
- Jessica Bellofatto, Founder of KamaDeva Yoga. The studio is located on 15 Lumber Lane in East Hampton, will be open this season. Winter offerings include: Gentle Yoga with Restorative, Prenatal Yoga, Baby and Me Yoga, injury clinics, nutrition/cleanses, and yoga/SUP retreats.
- Dr. Lance Brown, Dermatologist. With an office on 386 Montauk Highway in Wainscott Dr. Brown will be open all winter. He is an expert in laser treatments (removal of hair, tattoos, brown spots), skin cancer, scars, earlobe repair, techniques for preventing excessive sweating, and the latest cosmetic dermatology techniques.
- Kim Brennon, Massage Therapist. At her office on Elm Street in Sag Harbor, Brennon will be offering: Swedish, deep tissue, sports, pre-natal massage, reflexology all winter long.
- Annette Marshall, Physical Therapist. At her office on 530 Montauk Highway in Amagansett, Marshall will offer specialties including: helping to restore and maintain physical wellness from sports related injuries and overtraining.
- Simply Sublime, the Juice Bar and Organic Food Shop located on 85 Springs Fireplace Road in East Hampton will be offering: smoothies, fresh juices, cleanses, hot organic soups, breakfast wraps, cleanses throughout the season.
- Kate Mueth, Founder, Neo-Political Cowgirls, a Dance Theater Group, will be offering winter events including: V-Day One Billion Rising, ZIMA at HarborFest, Fundraiser at the Talkhouse.
