EAST HAMPTON, NY — Despite the festivities that abound across the East End during the season, there are still many who are hungry and homeless for the holidays.

To that end, on Giving Tuesday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., a Zoom event, "Art of Giving," will be hosted by Joyce Raimondo, education coordinator at the Pollock-Krasner House and Study Center in East Hampton, honoring "creative people who have made a positive impact in the community to fight against food and housing insecurity."

Guest speakers will include Geralyn Lewandowski, artist and curator, who will share the art initiatives she has created to benefit Maureen's Haven and other non-profit groups. Dan O’Shea, executive diirector of Maureen’s Haven, will speak about the organization's mission and issues of homelessness on the East End of Long Island.
