The Art League of Long Island will present an exhibition of Judith Leiber’s artful handbags and Gerson Leiber’s modernist paintings. Judith is an internationally celebrated designer of handbags that have been acclaimed as unique works of art, and Gerson is a critically acclaimed modernist artist. For more than 70 years, the Leibers, each of whom is over 90, have shared an unbreakable personal and professional bond. Their magnificent works will be on exhibit from September 16 through October 27, 2017.
