Laura Grenning Celebrating 20th Year in Art With Nelson White Show

The Grenning Gallery, 17 Washington Street in Sag Harbor is presenting the works of artist Nelson H. White. The Opening was Saturday July 8, and was well attended and I actually watched 3 painting get sold while I was there for 45 minutes. The show runs until July 23, 2017.

About this show Laura Grenning explained, "Nelson White is a very important American plein air painter who's roots go back 3 generations on the east end. This is his first solo show in 7 years and we (Grenning Gallery) are thrilled to have such amazing work in the gallery this month." Laura continued, "This is my 20th year in business and it is fitting that we have a show with White's work, he taught me how to paint when I first moved here (Sag Harbor) in 1995. I recommend you plan a visit to see these smartly priced paintings by Nelson H. White many of which are of familiar east end locations that I found dazzling, thrilling and quite frankly hard to take my eyes off. I plan on going back.
