East Hampton, NY – The East End Chefs’ Program, a monthly dinner hosted by St. Luke’s Episcopal Church to support local scholarships, has invited the owners of Sam’s Restaurant, an East Hampton institution, to prepare a delicious repast for lovers of Italian food. On June 21 at 6:30 PM, Graham and Martha Quinn will offer diners a classic Caesar salad, followed by Sam’s legendary meat lasagna. With room left for dessert, partakers of the meal will then be served the restaurant’s scrumptious Tartufo.

St. Luke’s Episcopal Church is located at 18 James Lane in East Hampton. The dinner will be served in the church’s beautiful Hoie Hall.
