E winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming N with gusts up to 20 kt late this morning, then becoming NW 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 45 kt this afternoon. Seas 4 to 5 ft, building to 5 to 8 ft this afternoon. Patchy fog this morning. Periods of rain and slight chance of tstms until late afternoon, then periods of rain late. Vsby 1 to 3 nm this morning.
