Man, 73, Slapped With Felony Charge After Damaging Van: Police
The East Quogue man threw liquid onto the van that caused its paint to strip, police said.

MONTAUK, NY — An East Quogue man is facing a felony charge after he damaged a vehicle belonging to someone else, police said.
George B. Fuchs, 73, was arrested on Friday at 11:06 a.m. on Deforest Road in Montauk and charged with second degree criminal mischief, a felony, police said.
Fuchs caused damage of more than $1,900 when he threw liquid onto a black Ford van, causing the paint to strip, police said.
