Man Arrested After Assault At Pepperoni's Pizza In Hamptons: Police
Following a verbal dispute, he is accused of striking someone in the head with a glass wine bottle, police say.
EAST HAMPTON, NY — A man was arrested after an assault at Pepperoni's Pizza in East Hampton, police said.
According to East Hampton Town police, the incident took place at the pizzeria, located on Springs Fireplace Road, on Saturday at 11:50 a.m.
Police said they responded to the location, where the victim reported that following a verbal dispute, he was struck in the head with a glass wine bottle.

As a result of the investigation, officers arrested Daniel Colin Garduno, 28, of East Hampton; he was charged with one count of second-degree assault - intent to cause physical injury with a weapon/instrument, and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
Garduno was held at East Hampton Town Police Department headquarters and was scheduled to be arraigned on Sunday, police said.
