Man Arrested After Smashing SUV Window In Montauk: Police
He's facing a felony charge, police say.

MONTAUK, NY — A Montauk man was arrested recently after he smashed the window of an SUV in a parking lot, police said.
According to East Hampton Town police, Carlos O. Cabrera-Yanza, 40, was arrested on August 8 at 9:20 p.m. on Old Montauk Highway in Montauk after he punched and shattered the rear window of a Nissan SUV, with the cost of damage about $500.
He was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, damaging another person's property, in an amount greater than $250, a felony police said.

He was released on his own recognizance, police said.
