Man Caught With Cocaine In Montauk: Cops
He had more than 500 milligrams of cocaine, police say.

MONTAUK, NY — A Montauk man was caught with more than 500 milligrams of cocaine, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Pedro Jose Borges, 37, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on Jan. 24 on Montauk Highway in Montauk and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: cocaine, 500 milligrams, a felony.
He was arrested in a Montauk parking lot after he was found to have two small clear plastic bags containing cocaine that weighed more than 500 milligrams, police said.

He was released into the custody of the Suffolk County Sheriffs Office, police said.
