Man Caught With Controlled Substance, Hypodermic Needles: Cops

The Montauk man was found with pills, marijuana and needles, police say.

AMAGANSETT, NY — A Montauk man who was found with pills, marijuana and hypodermic needles was arrested in Amagansett, police said.

According to East Hampton Town Police, Stephen M. Dombrowski, 22, was arrested on Nov. 23 at 2 a.m. on Montauk Highway near Navajo Lane and charged with two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and possession of a hypodermic instrument, a misdemeanor.

He was found with six pink-colored pills with the markings "N" and "30", one e-cigarette with a cartridge containing a brown oil substance which later field tested positive for the presence of marijuana, and 5 hypodermic needles, police said.

He was released on his own recognizance, police said.
