Man Charged With Felony DWI Had 2 Prior Convictions: PD
He was found in his running vehicle, which was blocking a portion of the road; he had 2 prior convictions within 10 years, police say.

EAST HAMPTON, NY โ An East Hampton man was charged with driving while intoxicated on Saturday after he was found asleep in his vehicle and partially blocking a roadway, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, the incident took place at 5:05 p.m. on Glade Road. Manuel C. Chillogalli-Suqui, 43, was sleeping in the driver's seat of a running 2009 white Chevy pickup, which was partially blocking a roadway, police said.
Chillogalli-Suqui had the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath; bloodshot, glassy eyes; and slurred speech, police said. He was unsteady on his feet and performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests administered, police said.

Chillogalli-Suqui was arrested and charged with felony DWI, due to having two previous convictions for the same offense in 10 years, police said. He was remanded without bail to the Suffolk County correctional facility, police said.
