Man Facing Felony DWI Charge After Arrest: Police
The unlicensed man was caught driving drunk with a previous conviction within the past 10 years and no interlock device, police said.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — An East Hampton man was cuffed after he was caught driving drunk with a suspended license, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Segundo P. Quezada, 51, was arrested on Sunday at 1:14 a.m. on Springs Fireplace Road; he was driving a black 2004 Nissan Xterra north, near West Drive, and failed to keep right or signal when making a left turn, police said.
Upon investigation, Quezada was found to have the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, glassy, bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, was unsteady on his feet and performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests issued, police said.

He had a previous conviction of operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1 percent alcohol or more in blood, from 2014, police said. His license was suspended for failure to pay a drivers' responsibility assessment, police said. He was also caught driving without an interlock device, police said.
Quezada was charged with driving while intoxicated, previous conviction of designated offense within 10 years, a felony, first degree aggravated unlicensed operation, commit aggravated unlicensed operation 2 alcohol/or drug, a felony, and using a leased/rented/loaned vehicle not equipped with an interlock device, a misdemeanor, police said.

Cash bail was set at $10,000, police said.
