Man Sexually Assaulted While Asleep In Montauk Sunday: Police
The man was asleep when a guest of his roommate's sexually assaulted him, police say.
MONTAUK, NY — A man was sexually assaulted while asleep in Montauk on Sunday, police said.
According to East Hampton town police, detectives arrested a Riverhead man after the assault.
Following an investigation conducted by detectives, it was determined that the Riverhead man was visiting the victim's roommate when he entered the victim's room without permission and sexually assaulted him Sunday afternoon at the Montauk residence, police said.

Police were immediately notified and responded to the scene.
Maurilio Cardona Trujillo, 29, was arrested and charged with one count of first-degree rape, a Class B felony, police said.

Cardona Trujillo was held at East Hampton Town Police Department headquarters and was scheduled to be arraigned at East Hampton Town Justice Court on Monday, police said.
