Man Slashes BMW Tires, Caught With Metal Knuckles: Cops
He had metal knuckles and a switchblade, police say.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — A Hampton Bays man was arrested after he slashed the tires on a BMW in East Hampton, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Peter M. Daniell, 36, was arrested on Dec. 28 at 8:45 p.m. on Harbor View Ave., near Atwell St., after he intentionally slashed two continental tires on a 2007 BMW, causing approximately $500 in damage, police said.
He was charged with third degree criminal mischief, damaging another person's property in an amount greater than $250, a felony, police said.

He was also charged with two counts of fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon, firearm/weapon, a misdemeanor, after being found with a switchblade knife and metal knuckles, police said.
Bail was set at $250, police said.
