A Mouth-Watering Healthful Feast for East End Diners
The East End Chef's Program, at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, will serve a spectacular feast on April 18 at 6:30 PM
The East End Chefs’ Program, a monthly dinner hosted by St. Luke’s Episcopal Church to support local scholarships, will offer a mouth-watering healthful feast for discriminating diners on April 18 in St. Luke's Hoie Hall in East Hampton. Doors will open at 6:30 PM.
The dinner will be prepared Charlotte Sasso, owner and chef of Stuart’s (famous) Seafood Market in Amagansett. The dinner will commence with a pair of delicious appetizers: gravlax with dill sauce and roasted red pepper hummus. That will be followed by a kale salad. The piece de resistance will be Ms. Sasso’s legendary Mediterranean cod and succulent roasted potatoes. To conclude the dinner, dessert will be oatmeal cookies and brownies. Wine and water will be available for purchase. The price 30.00 payable at the door.
