“Launching a restaurant is a natural extension of our brand,” Marc, who also co-owns the Wolffer Estate Vineyard, said. “As the Wolffer brand extends internationally with wines from our vineyards in Spain and Argentina, we wanted to bring a unique culinary experience home to the Hamptons.”
The restaurant will be a casual neighborhood eatery with a distinct local, seasonal food ethic, serving locally made artisanal wines, beers and spirits as well as favorites from around the world.
